Return and Exchange policy
Replacement Policy (Defects/Damage)
We have a 3-day replacement policy. You can email us at returns@itstanjore.com with high-quality images of the product to proceed with the replacement. Once the request is received, our team will review it within 24–48 business hours. If approved, a designated courier partner will pick up the product from your registered address. It can take up to 7 business days to pick up your product.
Product Exchange (Change of Mind/Color)
If you want to exchange your product for another product or the same product with a different colour, please write to us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

A handling fee of ₹200 will be levied for product exchanges. We will send a payment link to your registered email address.

After the payment has been made, a fresh piece will be sent to you.

A return pickup will be initiated within 24 hours of you addressing your exchange.

If there is any cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately, or we will send you a payment gateway link via our payment partners.
Refunds (Exceptional Cases)
As a policy, we do not offer returns for refunds (only replacements or exchanges). However, if a return for refund is approved by our team under special circumstances:

A flat handling fee of ₹300 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover two-way logistics and processing costs.

The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment mode within 5-7 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
Terms of Return & Exchange
The product must be in its original packaging at the time of return. If the product is damaged because of not adhering to these terms, the replacement/refund will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you as is. Requests will not be entertained if the products have been used. This will be ascertained at the time of inspection at our warehouse.
End of Season Sale (EOSS)
Products sold during our End of Season Sale are Final Sale and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Additionally, our 3-Year Tanjore Trust Warranty does not apply to these items. Please note that sale items may have slight imperfections in the leather, adding to their unique character.
